According to the newly defined GOVERNANCE, we are beginning the review period for the Active Maintainer List for the Spring Cycle 2026.

🆕 New maintainer nominations are also open through the end of the review period (September 30, 2025). If you'd like to nominate yourself or someone else, please do so by then.

• Maintainers who do not confirm their active status during the review period will be moved to the Emeritus list.
• Emeritus maintainers can return to active status in a future cycle by reaffirming their commitment to active participation.

Hello, I'd like to nominate myself as a maintainer. I'm currently involved in the TAG Operational Resilience and developing my own experiments with Green Observability (see https://github.com/didiViking/greenops-observability-reference-architecture). I'm currently involved in the semantic conventions for SCI + OTel (Green Software Foundation) initiative. I'd like to support Kepler to become more mainstream. Thank you!
