Updated version with cloning feature

This release has some old dependencies updated and also contains a cloning feature for tracks. This allows to easily create tracks with similar cues, but different underlying media.

It also has minor improvements:

• Added keyboard shortcut for cue deletion
• avoid multiple equal files in the zip
