Main menu, i.e. user icon

Your user icon in the top right corner activates the main menu. This contains a list of features:

• Github profile: takes you to your profile page on Github.
• Unpublished changes: review unpublished changes to your own work.
• Admin: visible to Administrators only, this opens an Admin panel for managing projects
• Tags: lets a Tagger manage their list of tags.
• Lexicon: build your own Pali lexicon. This is integrated with the Pali lookup.
• Settings: various adjustments to how the translation page works.
• Logout: lets you log out.
