time represented in seconds now became to the correct format
adding a function that caculates the duration is seconds
adding throws for where they were needed and also adding a function to search if id is in playlist
added a function to generate a new id for playlist who dosent recive an id
two loops that search the absulute mimize distance
add two help functions getsong by title and get playlist by name
