Reworks AddEditNoteScreen to match Google Keep's editor:

Top bar — pin / reminder / archive now render as matching tonal
rounded-square icon buttons (Keep's cluster). The reminder bell moves
here from the bottom bar and is available for new and existing notes.

Bottom bar — flattened to Keep's layout: "+" (attachment, rounded
square), color palette and "A" formatting (circular) on the left, and a
single "⋮" more button on the far right. Undo/redo and the old reminder
FAB are removed from the bar.

Attachment sheet — the "+" now opens a Keep-style ModalBottomSheet
(Take photo, Add image, Drawing, Recording, Tick boxes) reusing the same
sheet config as MoreOptionsSheet so the slide-up animation matches,
replacing the old anchored Popup menu.

More-options sheet — left-aligned "Edited <date>" header, "Copy"->"Make
a copy" and "Share"->"Send" relabels, and undo/redo relocated here as
tiles (gated on canUndo/canRedo) so the functionality the bar dropped
stays reachable.

Notes:
- Drawing and Recording rows are placeholders (toast) — no editor-side
  attach exists yet; Tick boxes maps to the existing TEXT<->CHECKLIST
  toggle (NotesEvent.OnToggleNoteType).
- New strings: edited, send, tick_boxes. Verified compile-safe by an
  adversarial multi-agent review (no local build available).
