This PR is a minor docs change to clarify the usage of forms update() vs applyAction(), since they are very similar with a tiny distinction and newcomers may get confused.

Thanks, but I feel like this is almost saying the same thing twice in a row and is more wordy than it needs to be

As far as an uninformed reader is concerned, they appear to be the same and the nuance/difference between the two is not clearly defined.
