docs: link to Cloudflare Page bindings documentation

Cloudflare Pages functions work a bit differently than directly deploying to a Cloudflare Worker. As such, it should be helpful to link to the Cloudflare Pages version for the bindings documentation. This lists the instructions for linking a binding to a project through the Cloudflare dashboard which is different compared to Workers (where you can just add it to a wrangler.toml file).
