Debug symbols for dependencies of user effects/deriveds

Would be great if $inspect could tell you the dependencies of an effect or a derived. Maybe it's possible?

How would this be implemented? I could tell from the PR that it would use a rune called $inspect.trace, but I didn't understand much more than that.
