de-support node 6 (v3.0.0)

• 🚨 BREAKING CHANGE: de-support node 6 => now works with node 8, 10 and 12
• officially declared in package.json now
• remove node 6 from travis build matrix
• ⬆️ get-stdin to v7.0.0 again
