sync: fix local-mlx-responsesAPI-server stub + log rename audit
- raw/local-mlx-responsesAPI-server.stub.md: corrected remote_url and
repo_path to match the renamed GitHub repo (was pointing at the
pre-rename mlx-responses-api-server path, so detect_changes.py was
treating the clone as a new repo and the stub as a missing one
simultaneously).
- Log.md: documented the run — rename drift audit for 6 repos, the
Cowork-mount git-lock limitation that blocks clone-into-mount and
partial pulls, and the host-side action list to fast-forward two
stuck local clones plus reclone the 17 missing ones.

Ingest wiki-vs-rag and nemotron-parse-spark; refresh affected pages
Two new repos appeared in the sw30labs org since 2026-04-15:

Reproducible benchmark of single-shot RAG vs agentic-RAG vs
wiki-navigation vs QMD over the sw30labs wiki corpus pinned at

Home.md: sync with current wiki state
Audit turned up several staleness items; this catches them all up to
reality as of 2026-04-15.
Header:
- Add 'Articles: 22' alongside repo count
- Bump 'Last updated' from 2026-04-13 to 2026-04-15
New section - Published Articles:
- Home had no discovery path to the 22 article pages that have existed
since 2026-04-11. Added a short section pointing at the [[timeline]]
page and [[Index]].
Cross-cutting patterns:
- Replaced hand-counted stack claims with actual numbers from the
stacks: frontmatter taxonomy (see Sitemap-Stacks):
* LangGraph: 15+ -> 17
* MLX: 8 -> 7
* Added Agentic (12), Converter (8), Compliance (6), Pentest (4)
- Kept universal tech (Pydantic, CLI stacks) and the wiki pattern

Sitemap-Stacks: split into per-stack diagrams
Same density problem as Sitemap.md - all 10 stacks crammed into one
mermaid graph renders as an unreadable horizontal smear with a giant
grey Unclassified block. Replaced with:
- Adoption table kept at the top, sorted by repo count
- One LR diagram per stack, showing only that stack's repos
- Multi-stack repos appear in each of their stacks, with the primary
stack using solid arrows + solid stroke, secondary stacks using
dashed arrows + dashed stroke (via classDef)
- Articles excluded from this view (stacks view is about tech stacks,
not prose); Unclassified now only shows repos lacking a stacks: field
Largest sub-diagram is langgraph at 17 repos; smallest is mcp at 1.

Sitemap: swap article shape from diamond to parallelogram
Diamonds in Mermaid size themselves to inscribe the text bounding box,
so wrapped article titles made each diamond balloon to several times
the size of a repo rounded-box. The visual weight was wrong - articles
looked more important than repos, and the density problem came back.
Parallelograms [/text/] have the same footprint as rectangles, still
read as 'document/flow', and stay visually distinct from the rounded
repo boxes. Legend and intro updated to match.

Split sitemap into per-category diagrams for readability
Single graph with all 55 nodes rendered as an unreadable dense block in
GitHub wiki (Mermaid squeezed 5 subgraphs horizontally). Replaced with:
- Small LR overview diagram: Wiki -> 5 categories (with repo+article
counts) + Index/Log/Sitemap-Stacks links
- One LR diagram per category showing only that category's repos
(rounded boxes) and articles (diamonds)
Each sub-diagram has 5-17 nodes, fits on screen, and labels are
readable. The overview tells you the shape of the wiki at a glance;
the per-category diagrams are where you actually navigate.

Fix footer wikilinks + add _Footer.md
GitHub Wikis route *.md links to the raw file view (plain text), not
the rendered page. Footer links need to use the page name without the
extension.
- Home.md: [SCHEMA.md](SCHEMA.md) -> [[SCHEMA]], same for Index/Sitemap/Log.
Also adds [[Sitemap-Stacks]] to the footer.
- _Footer.md: new page. GitHub Wikis auto-append this to every rendered
page, so every wiki page now has a consistent nav bar.

Fix .md links on category pages: convert to wikilinks
Same issue as the Home.md footer: [text](file.md) routes to the raw
file view in GitHub Wikis. Converted 21 broken links across the 5
category pages (articles-published references) to wikilinks.

Taxonomy migration: SCHEMA.md yaml block + stub classification
- SCHEMA.md now carries a fenced yaml taxonomy block with 5 categories
and 10 stacks, parseable by scripts/taxonomy.py. Kept tag whitelist,
voice, freshness threshold (90d), and directory-structure prose
below the yaml fence.
- Added category: + stacks: frontmatter to all 55 stubs (33 repo
stubs, 22 article summary stubs). Article stubs generally declare
stacks: [] when the article is opinion/analysis with no tech-stack
tie; the validator treats those as informational, not errors.
- Regenerated Sitemap.md (category view) and new Sitemap-Stacks.md
(cross-cutting stack view, with adoption table + mermaid graph).
detect_changes.py post-flight: taxonomy.ok=True, 0 bad/missing
categories, 0 bad stacks, 14 stubs with empty stacks (informational).

New stubs: autogen-doc-generator, autogen-mermaid-generator,
autogen-requirements-agent, nvd-extractor, ollama-pdf2markdown,

Fixed repo_path references in 7 existing stubs that pointed to
