Support parser errors

TODO we need also to keep comments and parsers error (if the underlying parser supports them, which is a MUST requirement probably); these would end up in e.g a UNKNOWN_ELEMENT or the like

There is already a ParseResult type and Annotation. We need to translate read parsing errors (when unable to parse the document) into Annotations
