responses object doesn't have vendorExtensions

Although allowed by the spec, the responses object does not support vendorExtensions. The model--using a Map<String, Response> makes adding this difficult.

Hi Tony,

if you mean the /swagger.json responses object then I can say that we experienced this as well. This is actually bad, because we are losing information here.
