Missing parts when downloading definition as '.json' compared to '.yaml' format

There are a couple of parts (I could detect at a glance) missing when downloading a definition file in JSON format, compared to the YAML version.

• API description - info -> description
• Security & security definitions - exports only the 1st element in the scopes array

My bad guys - seems to be some mixup while switching from one example file to the other with the downloading. Will check again.
