This PR resolves a few things raised by @ralphdoe:
undefinedin object property placeholders when the property lacks adescriptionfieldminimum,maximum, etc) not being rendered withshowCommonExtensions: truesetThis PR continues the practice of copying ParameterRow functionality into RequestBody. Eventually, we should just reuse ParameterRow - I'll be opening a ticket for that.
