Maybe something like this:

  • Provided by the company, or
  • Accessed through the UBO Register
    • Requires authorization from the National Bank of Belgium (NBB)
  • Mandatory under Belgian law

I suggest sticking to one description for Uittreksel Handelsregister / Extrait BCE* as it appears differently across the document.

Maybe keep it simple:

Proof of registration or company registration certificate.

Perhaps we could have a quick huddle to decide how we want to handle these cases.

Self-employed individuals are the only legal option listed here, unlike in the France page, where we list self-employed and freelancers.

So I don't think "For self-employed (entrepreneur individuel) individuals only" is needed.

Hey,

Good job putting all this together - it's a lot of info.

I've left some comments for you. Some apply throughout the doc.

Please double-check the formatting e.g. full stops at the end of some sentences.

We're also missing info about the Politically Exposed Person (PEP) form, it's really important.
