Javascript Screen Recorder

I want to add javascript Screen Recorder which will record user's screen and it will be made using HTML,CSS,JS and Screen Recorder API.There will be an option to download the video.
I have just made the basic structure of the application..after being assigned I will update the UI with CSS properties
