Canonical Swaps MCP plugin distribution.

Install paths in this release:

• Claude Code: /plugin marketplace add swapsapp/swaps-plugin + /plugin install swaps-mcp@swaps-plugins
• OpenAI Codex: clone to ~/plugins/swaps-mcp, register in ~/.agents/plugins/marketplace.json
• Gemini CLI: paste snippet into ~/.gemini/settings.json
• Cursor / Windsurf / Claude Desktop: paste snippet into host-specific MCP config

Five MCP tools: swaps_quote, swaps_taxonomy, swaps_providers_for_corridor, swaps_explain_choice, swaps_corridors.
