Floating sticky for all outputs - global_sticky #8627
Description
Window switchers like sway-yasm would greatly benefit from being displayed on all outputs simultaneously. The current sticky is only for a single output, so I propose global_sticky, but not sure if that would need a node to be duplicated in the tree or not.
The only way to achieve this now is to draw directly on wayland, or go the foot&screen way for TUIs.
