12 Month Plan (August 2026 -> August 2027)

We've received confirmation on our grant application to support our standards work, so we need to start planning the next twelve months of work for the task force, such that I can figure out the memorandum of understanding with NLNet.

We'll have funding for:

• scribes during meetings
• individual work items

This follows the grant we've received covering the past 7 months of work within the taskforce.

Please comment in this discussion to help us prioritise, linking to the relevant issues. If there's something you really want to see but there isn't an issue yet, please open a discussion for it, and we can figure out how/if we can work this into the next 12 month plan.

We're still currently constrained by people-hours, as we don't generally have many volunteers to actually sit and write the specification documents.
