Going to assume that this was written when we didn't have a seperate TCPDriver (thus we were forced to use PySerialDriver's TCP support) and switch this test to TCPDriver. This is in the hopes that it'll improvce the stability of this test.

Per #681 we don't plan to support this any time soon, so we're going to deprecate the message to avoid confusion.
Note: there's some additional change to
sbp.jitfolded into this since it wasn't (until now) part of thealltarget for updating generated code.
