Wasm SDK was not found (404)

Describe the bug

The "Download Wasm SDK" link at https://www.swift.org/install/ currently points to https://download.swift.org/swift-6.2.1-release/wasm/swift-6.2.1-RELEASE/swift-6.2.1-RELEASE_wasm.artifactbundle.tar.gz.

However, the URL returns 404.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.swift.org/install/
2. Click on the "Download Wasm SDK" link

Expected behavior

We can download swift-6.2.1-RELEASE_wasm.artifactbundle.tar.gz.

Actual behavior

It returns 404.
