Windows self-hosted pipeline is not marked mandatory on release/6.2 #8792
Description
I noticed that the release/6.2 branch does not mark the Windows self-hosted pipeline as a required build.
It should be, especially since the branch after the job was marked mandatory on branch main, which I believe the release/6.2 branch was based off.
I'm happy to discuss this more if my assumptions are incorrect. But regardless, Windows self hosted pipeline must be marked mandatory on PR's targeting branchrelease/6.2
