Update script: - to include the 'configuration" in the list of "global arguments" - to perform a swift package clean - Build the project using the installed toolchain - Build the projects using the built `swift-build` executable - Test the project using the built `swift-test` executable - pass the "global arguments" to all SwiftPM commands
