This change includes - additional logic in the ejs template to add an <a> tag to the publisher linking to the published article if url is present in yaml, - new url field in yaml for all published articles

I added logic in the ejs to handle urls linking to the publication and a new optional url field in the yaml for all peer-reviewed publications
