Contacting us

You can contact Swisscom's API team in two different ways.

• Technical questions: are taken __exclusively on stackoverflow.com, using the #swisscomdev hashtag. We monitor that topic and will try to respond as instantly as we can.
• API onboarding: please contact us on our Contact page if you would like to get credentials for a new API, or modify existing access.

When requesting a new API developer account, please be sure to include:

• Your email address
• The exact API(s) you wish to activate
• A description of your application and the use case you want to realize with our APIs
• The exact URL for OAuth callback.

Doing so, helps us be quicker in enabling your access.
