- made postCreateCommand.sh executable so that tests can be runlocally
- changed an assert expecting uv install hooks to prek install hooks
- one tests was expecting directory name instead of project name to be found in devcontainer.json. It wouldn't work for teams anyway, so i changed it to be the other way around.
