Improve instructional text

"When we work with improving metadata and the spatial coverage already in the database, we have set some criteria to follow that possibly could be integrated as instructions when uploading/registering new data to sip. One example of such an criteria is that when we write/edit an description/abstract of a dataset we preferably use between 100 and 500 words; this makes the information not to short nor too long. Perhaps this instruction/appeal could be integrated as text when the user is prompted to provide general information of the data to be uploaded – see example below. This would possibly improve the metadata of uploaded data."
