Random failed to parse the response

1. What did you do? If possible, provide a simple script for reproducing the error.
   run swoole server, this just happens randomly. Sometimes the server works, sometimes not, this happens even if you did not change the php files.

2. What did you expect to see?
   Consistent running behaviour

3. What did you see instead?
   Random: failed to parse the response

4. What version of Swoole are you using (show your php --ri swoole)?
   4.2.7

5. What is your machine environment used (including version of kernel & php & gcc) ?
   CentOS 7 1708 php 7.1 2x Xeon e5 2670 gcc 4.8.5 20150623 kernel 3.10.0-862.2.3.el7.x86_64

There is nothing in error log, I check swoole.log or even phperror.log. Tried catching the exceptions as well, but nothing to show.

Well it appears that the examples in swoole about splqueue is a bit wrong.

fix follows #2214
