Both consume the v0.3.0 imgcli-windows-x86_64.zip release asset. - packaging/scoop/imgcli.json: installable directly from the raw URL or a bucket; has checkver/autoupdate. - packaging/winget/: the 3-file swperb.imgcli manifest (zip + nested portable imgcli.exe) + README with wingetcreate/PR submission steps. - README install section now covers winget + Scoop.
