httpbin frequently times out, in particular on CI, so lets use a simple in-process mock server on top of hyper. This also lets us test early abort for overly large requests more explicitly.
Removes the runtime dependency on rsvg-convert, which notably improves Windows support where this tool is not commonly installed.
