[Elephant] Use catbuffer for Schemas and Buffers generation #92

Issue scope
Catbuffer serialization is a must before the Library classes can be merged over to the SDK.
This issue is to keep track of the status of catbuffer generation in the library. Issues that will follow this integration are all going to affect SDK files.
