Do we need `->normalizeKeys(false)` in `options.php`

Curious, why do we need this? Inline all others are using it too, but is it needed?

So the difference is, if i call my agent my-agent it will stay that way when we use normalizeKeys(false) - ending up with service names like ai.agent.my-agent. default would be normalizing it to ai.agent.my_agent.

to be honest, i have no clue why we (most likely me?) added that in the beginning.

i think normalizing makes sense here, because it's a service name in the end?
