[Platform] Albert : list of models in catalogue

Currently, in the Symfony\AI\Platform\Bridge\Albert\ModelCatalog class, there is only one default model: gpt-4o.

There is no model named gpt-4o.

Here is the list of models in Albert:

• albert-small
• embeddings-small
• albert-large
