Enable sync messenger by default

Description

Installing the Symfony Messenger creates the messenger.yaml file, with the sync transport commented out.

#            sync: 'sync://'

I alway uncomment it, so that when testing I have an easy way to dispatch messages without having to manage the queue.

Any reason not default it to being active? It'll be in the recipe, so if it's a B/C we can do it for Symfony 8.

In the symfony/messenger recipe almost everything is commented. Anyway, this file must be modified. Having the sync transport available by default would not hurt.
