SymPress event-dispatcher v1.0.4

Event bootstrap passes kernel.debug directly to the dispatcher before registering listeners. WP_DEBUG used for production logging no longer independently enables fatal hook errors.

Validation: full PHP QA, 28 tests/73 assertions, production WordPress debug and container/bootstrap regressions passed.

Container autoconfiguration resolves attributed listeners at compile time. Removing listeners also removes WordPress hooks; late bootstrap is handled, and impossible registrations produce diagnostics.

Full QA: 19 tests / 42 assertions, including listener lifecycle and compiled integration checks.

Dependencies use stable tagged versions, CI references the reviewed immutable workflows commit, and historical tags remain unchanged. Exact-commit archive installations were checked before publication. New tagged versions follow successful hosted PR checks.
