The feature could get defined as a effect like this (Now comes a example preset): example example2 Now with waveforms (Modulation gets applied on top of the effect) if the custom waveforms gets Implemented: @waveform example 0 20 50 70 30 80 100 20 0 example4 This effect was describes as a idea from the original creator of sbagen (It can be found in the Todo file of sbagen) and it would allow to create a binaural effect out of every ambiance and noise. Hope this helps to understand the effect I suggest. |
Thanks for the suggestion. At the moment, the existing effects already cover the main use cases within SynapSeq. Effects in general are considered secondary elements, mainly intended to add variation and avoid overly monotonous sessions, rather than being central to the entrainment process itself. The closest behavior to what you described can already be approximated using the current modulation and pan effects. For now, this suggestion will remain open, but since it overlaps with existing capabilities, it is not a priority for upcoming releases. |

This has now been implemented with a new effect called The
For example, With a pure tone, this closely resembles a traditional binaural effect because each ear receives a different frequency. With complex sources such as music, ambiance, or noise, however, the entire spectrum is shifted. Technically, the result is therefore closer to a stereo spectral divergence than a pure binaural beat. For example: The effect is best experienced with headphones. So this should cover the main use case originally suggested here, while also making the effect available to music and tone tracks. |

Adding a way to add a Beat (Not pulse) effect to the Backround (Or how it is called now). It is implemented in SbagenX (Repository is currently not available anymore).
