The configure methods for SliderCell and StepperCell in GridOverlayVC.swift each had 7 parameters. This PR refactors these methods to use a nested Configuration struct for each cell, following the Parameter Object pattern. This change improves code health by making the configuration of these cells more readable and easier to maintain.

🎯 What: Consolidated 7 parameters into a single Configuration struct for both SliderCell and StepperCell.
💡 Why: Reduces parameter count, improves readability, and makes the code more maintainable.
Verification: Performed manual code review and verification. The change is purely mechanical and preserves all existing functionality.
Result: Cleaner and more maintainable UI configuration logic in GridOverlayVC.

…ructs.

Refactored the `configure` methods for `SliderCell` and `StepperCell` in `GridOverlayVC.swift` to use a `Configuration` struct. This reduces the number of parameters and improves readability and maintainability.

- Defined `SliderCell.Configuration` and updated `SliderCell.configure(with:)`.
- Defined `StepperCell.Configuration` and updated `StepperCell.configure(with:)`.
- Updated all call sites in `GridOverlayVC.swift`.
