Title says it all. Now users can invoke the script like any other console command and check the version, e.g.

$ spark-log-parser --version
spark_log_parser 0.0.3

This also parameterizes the safety thresholds for extracting archives to better fit the configuration in sync_backend.

Looks good

Something for the future: would be great to have the parser version embedded in the parsed log as well. That way we can tell which version of parser was used for a specific log.
