maxConcurrentWrites default value is 16 instead of 2 as documented

What happened?

On a new installation, I think starting with V2.0.4, config.xml contains
<maxConcurrentWrites>16</maxConcurrentWrites>

The documentation says the default is 2:

maxConcurrentWrites
Maximum number of concurrent write operations while syncing. Increasing this might increase or decrease disk performance, depending on the underlying storage. Default is 2.

I personally think it is useful to have them documented, or otherwise the user needs to dig into the code to find the default, which makes it an impossible task for many 🙁. If they are documented though, they should be done so in just one place (which for some options isn't the case currently 😅).

FYI, V1 has a value of 2 in the default config.xml. It appears that V2 changed that to 16.

The installation on my Asus Wireless Router RT-AX86U worked great with v1.29.6, but V2 runs horribly. However, I'll take this discussion to the forum as it is off topic here.
