Received my £1 speaker today seems very well built.
Audio quality is pretty good and it gets fairly loud (without any formal testing yet)
DIsplay gets plenty bright as well so it's not a bad package.

What did worry me was the phone call I received from loop as soon as the device was online - hopefully just a one off thing and not something I'd have to deal with in the future.

I do have some reservations about the privacy of this device and if it's doing anything shady like opening the camera / microphone so will have to do some prodding around to see it hasn't gotten around the Android 15 status indicators.

Even the packaging by itself feels like it would have cost more than £1 to put together!
