For anyone else having this issue on Windows, it would appear that the driver install isn't automatic. With the Android SDK Manager, install the "Google USB Driver" package. You'll then find the usb driver folder in the "extra" folder under the SDK install. Select, in device manager, the "Android device" that's unknown, and manually browse to the driver, choosing Composite ADB device. |

I have developer mode enabled, adb debugging is allowed for the computer. adb devices shows the loop connected. ad reboot bootloader takes me to a lit screen with nothing on it. PC keeps pinging as if the device is connecting and disconnecting....
Any suggestions?
