This PR updates all dependencies for which the IDE was displaying a warning (ie. android-related dependencies).
It also updated the remaining few dependencies declarations to use the version catalog, so now all are using it.
Plus, it updates Kotlin and the Android Gradle Plugin (including Gradle) to the latest version supported by latest Android Studio.
