Bug: Edit Invoice - Can't add tags after adding note

While testing receive tags, In found an issue not added in these changes, but related to the feature.

Receive → Edit → Tap Note text field → Can't add tags anymore
Really need to "Show QR Code" and then go to "Edit" again.

This is only an issue with emulator while using the computer's keyboard. If toggling the software keyboard the tags appear once the keyboard closes. Should we still fix for that case?

Nope, you're right, just tested on my iPhone.
