[Bug]: Changing 'PIN when idle' setting only takes effect after restart #1180

Describe the bug
Changing 'PIN when idle' setting only takes effect after restart, also if you disable the PIN with the setting enabled you have to restart otherwise it will ask for a PIN that doesn't exist.
Reproduce
- Go to Settings -> Security
- Setup PIN
- Enable PIN when idle
- Wait 90s
- App doesn't ask for PIN
