First working public nightly. macOS aarch64 · channel dev · stable floor 0.1.0. Supersedes .2 (which shipped an empty cockpit). This build packages the bundled defaults (monitors/guidance/stackeval) and preinstalled skills, so a fresh install lands a populated cockpit — verified by extracting the tarball and running stack doctor from a clean workspace. Codex boundary intact (~/.codex never written; auth.json read-only). Verify the .sha256 sidecar; nightly builds are unsigned dev artifacts (docs/RELEASE.md). launch:nightly1:essentials 10/10 green on c28a7a9.
