Creation of Custom fields globally

What is the problem you are trying to solve with this feature?

Addition in settings which will apply globally to allow the creation of custom fields which will show on all entities by default. Currently need to remember list I use such as Owner, Battery Type etc. to manually create on each asset.

What is the solution you are proposing?

Allow creation of fields which apply globally to all entities.
