Positive decimal literals above INT64_MAX now materialize as VT_UINTEGER64 instead of silently falling back to zero. This fixes direct use of script literals up to UINT64_MAX and keeps literal behavior consistent with generated 64-bit integer math results. Invalid integer constants still fall back to zero, but now print an alert to the log. Fix missing <limits.h> include in ScriptVariantInteger.c.
