This commit adds support for the new set_relative_mode system call. With this modification, the cursor will be captured when the the game screen is on the top layer and released when the menu is opened.

If the precision of the calculation in WorldToTexCoord done by 'light'
is significantly different than the precision of the same calculation
in the engine, you can get corrupted lightmaps. The problem affects
light when it is built as something other than vanilla 32-bit x86.
This commit adds support for the new set_relative_mode system call. With
