A default `page_size` of 64k can prevent the map from loading on certain embedded devices (e.g. Polar watches)

I understand that this is probably more of a problem of the device itself than tilemaker, yet I think it is worth mentioning somewhere that we're using a non-default parameter. planetiler uses the default 4k.
