Separate the "Enable Invitations" toggle from auto-creation of vouchers by adding a second toggle for automatic invite codes, controlled by a new Stimulus controller. Fix naming inconsistency by renaming the Voucher entity to "Invite Codes" / "Einladungscodes" across the admin panel, and replace the envelope-open icon with user-plus for the invitations settings tile.
